CITY WEST

The office buildings are supplemented with residential buildings situated in the near vicinity thanks to which the locality, properly speaking, lives. Today, more than 3,500 people live in the family houses and apartments. In combination with more than 7,800 employees, the project forms an excellent environment for the development of services. 

The strategy of the developer – FINEP – which is developing the area in the long-term involves high quality and diversity of the individual services that jointly form a unique place for working and living.

Local area and services

In addition to the large number of services available directly in the project, you can also find the most sought-after department stores and shopping centres within a travel distance of a few minutes. 

Prague

The project is situated in the west part of the capital city of Prague. Thanks to this strategic position, the project is about 12 minutes from Václav Havel International Airport, and one minute to the D5 motorway to Germany or to the Prague ring road that ensures a quick connection eastward and southward.

A metro station on Prague's B line is situated in the center of the project. This provides access to the city centre within just 20 minutes.

Czech Republic

The Czech Republic is rightly called the heart of Europe. Germany, Poland, Slovakia, and Austria are the country’s neighbours that form the gateway to all parts of Europe. 

Thanks to the motorway network, other important cities in the Czech Republic – Brno, Olomouc, Ostrava, Plzeň, Mladá Boleslav, Hradec Králove etc. are highly accessible from the capital city of Prague.
