Circuit Training with FINEP in Britská
Try out circuit training in the fresh air!
Starting April 1st, a professional trainer, Matěj Belička, will be supervising the outdoor gym in Britská čtvrť every Tuesday at 6:00 PM. Join his team for free – we cover all the costs!

Run through Britská čtvrť with an experienced coach!
Every Wednesday evening, you can clear your head and get to know the surroundings of your workplace in a fitness run in Britská čtvrť. FINEP has invited Simona Pancíř Švarcová, an experienced coach who will guide you through this year's running season. Her group runs every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. from Bistro Britská at Medunova 2947/1.
Comprehensive training awaits you, including stretching, and compensatory exercises. Everything will be adapted to the number of participants and their skill levels. The training is free; anyone over the age of 12 can participate. For up-to-date information on the individual dates see our Facebook.
