So how does CITY WEST live nowadays?
Run through Britská čtvrť with an experienced coach!
Every Wednesday evening, you can clear your head and get to know the surroundings of your workplace in a fitness run in Britská čtvrť. FINEP has invited Simona Pancíř Švarcová, an experienced coach who will guide you through this year's running season. Her group runs every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. from Bistro Britská at Medunova 2947/1.
Comprehensive training awaits you, including stretching, and compensatory exercises. Everything will be adapted to the number of participants and their skill levels. The training is free; anyone over the age of 12 can participate. For up-to-date information on the individual dates see our Facebook.
New workout playground in the CITY WEST
There are one thousand square metres of a training outdoor playground for anybody who wants to exercise soundly or just to stretch their muscles. And in addition to that, there is a multi-purpose sport climbing area for adults.
The famous Muscle Beach Gym on the even more famous Venice Beach is back. Sure, there are no beaches, sea, sand or the famous Arnold. Nevertheless, anybody can splendidly exercise and enjoy the fitness gym in the British Quarter even without them. Your limits are your physical fitness and the sky overhead.
